1. Every member is entitled to one welcome gift.
2. To enjoy the Free Shipping Voucher, please login the member system (Coupon Center) and redeem the coupon.
3. The free shipping coupon code can only be used once and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
4. To enjoy the other cash vouchers, please login the member system (Coupon Center) and redeem the coupon.
5. The first $50 cash voucher can only be used for first order and over $100 purchase, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions and invalid if expires.
6. The second $50 cash voucher can only be used for over $200 purchase, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions and invalid if expires.
7. The $100 cash vouchers can only be used for over $500 purchase, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions and invalid if expires.

8. Welcome Gift will be settled once per year. Any unused cash discounts will be forfeited.

#Unique Birthday Surprises Terms

1. Every member who fill-in their birthday record, the date of birth is entitled to a birthday surprise once a year.
2. Members of different levels enjoy different birthday surprises.
3. Members can enjoy the $50 birthday credits in the birthday month (30 days) without purchasing a specified amount, but it cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
4. VIP members are eligible to receive the $100 birthday gift voucher. The voucher must be used within one month (30 days). There is no minimum purchase required to use the voucher, and it cannot be combined with other promotions. Please note that the voucher will be invalidated if not used before the expiration date.
5. The birthday credits will be sent by the system. If you have any questions, please email to us within the week of your birthday.
6. If you want to enjoy an exquisite birthday gifts (for member) or exquisite birthday gift pack (for VIP members), please notify us in the ordering remark. We will prepare you a unique surprise after checking your personal identity.

^Point Reward System Terms

1. Every member will be participated in the Piont Reward System.
2. Every HK$1 spent will entitle to 1 point.
3. To ensure the validity of points, it will be expired every year in end of 31st December, and restarted on 1st January next year.
4. The Points will be added and accumulated by the system automatically after the shopping order is completed. If you have any questions, please email to us within the week, overdue will not be accepted.
5. The gift content in the Point Reward System will be updated occasionally. For more details, please stay tune for the updates.
6. Members can redeem 2,000 points for a $50 shopping voucher or 4,000 points for $100 shopping voucher. The maximum amount of shopping vouchers that can be redeemed is $100 per transaction.
7. If you want to redeem the gift reward, please contact the customer service department, and we will arrange and follow up the details with you.
8. Member needs to bear the shipping cost of the gift redemption. Free delivery service can only be enjoyed once upon HK$500 purchase.
