將鹹蛋黃蒸熟打碎,醃製12小時,雞翼沾脆漿炸熟沾上鹹蛋黃碎,再以快速冷凍鎖住水份,外脆內軟,啖啖鹹蛋黃香氣。

  • 雞翼、咸蛋粉(蛋黃粉、植脂末、全蛋粉、麥芽糊精、酵母精華、調味劑、色素(E160c、E100(ii)))、水、糖、雞粉(鹽、麥芽糊精、增味劑(E621、E635、E631)、粟粉、雞肉粉、糖、調味劑、雞油、植物油、酵母精華、豉油粉、香料)、米酒 (水、大米、黃豆)、芝麻油(大豆油、芝麻油)、白胡椒粉、增味劑(E621)、小麥麵粉、馬鈴薯粉、膨脹劑(E500(ii))、鹽、大豆油。
  • 本本產品含有麩質的穀類、蛋類、奶類、大豆、芝麻及它們的製品。。
  • 生產此食品的廠房亦處理含有麩質的穀類、甲殼類動物、奶類、蛋類、魚類、花生、大豆、木本堅果、堅果及它們的製品。

建議食法
  • 氣炸鍋加熱:將急凍雞翼放入氣炸鍋,以180°C氣炸約5分鐘,反轉雞翼氣炸約5分鐘,即可食用。
  • 焗爐加熱:先以190°C預熱焗爐約10分鐘,將急凍雞翼放入焗爐,以190°C焗約10分鐘,即可食用。
  • 水煮加熱除去外包裝,將軟袋放入沸水中加熱約5分鐘,即可食用。
實際加熱時間會因應爐具火力而有所調節,加熱後,請盡快享用。

儲存方法
  • 速凍食品需冷藏至零下18度或以下最佳。
