Free delivery when you purchase HK500 or above (after discounts or/and using coupons and discount codes).

Delivery service is available in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories and not available for the Outlying Islands, including Cheung Chau, Lantau Island. No delivery service is available to the below areas: Pui O, Cheung Sha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau, Shek Pik, Po Lin Monastery and Tai O and areas that vans are restricted to access. If no elevator service is available for premises or remote areas e.g Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Tung Chung and Hong Kong International Airport, delivery charge will be confirmed.

HK$80 delivery fee will be charged for order below HK$500 (after discount).

Order Delivery

Order Cut-off Time is 11AM Every Day

You will receive an email confirmation after the order placement. Generally, order will be delivered within 3-5 working days after the order is placed (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays).

You will then receive the delivery information and the tracking number from the delivery service provider once the order is complated. You can also check the order status on the member system or [Order Inquiry].

Delivery Schedule

The delivery may be suspended due to public holidays (e.g Christmas, Chinese New Year and Easter, etc) , excessive orders or typhoon signal No.8 or above or the black rainstorm signal is hoisted. Please stay tuned for our updates or check the delivery status with your tracking number.
