Refund (if applicable) ：
We will process the refund within 14 working days according to your previous payment method. If the product is redeemed from the Point Reward system, we will refund the points to you.
You must obtain the following requirements:
- Provide a valid proof of the defective products;
- Present a valid ordering receipt;
- Product are not used and are kept at original state;
- Each order is eligible to exchange for one time only.
In case of any dispute, Eaten Delight reserves the right of final decision.
